Cancellation and Rescheduling:

•⁠ Booking is confirmed upon full payment and by receiving our official receipt email  •⁠ We reserve the right to adjust routes or schedules to ensure safety and the best experience. •⁠  ⁠⁠For private cruises or customized experiences, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, for cancellations less than 48 hours before departure no refund will be placed  •⁠  ⁠⁠In case of reschedule made by you - a cruise is up to availability and not 100% guaranteed •⁠  ⁠⁠In case of bad weather conditions a reschedule will be offered •⁠  ⁠⁠Failure to arrive at the agreed departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
