Cancellation Policy
At neachora.cruises, we understand that plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Weather Conditions
In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, as determined by the captain, the cruise may be rescheduled. The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority.
Guest Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may not be refundable.
No-Show
Failure to arrive at the agreed departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Changes & Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability. Any changes should be requested as early as possible.
Private & Custom Bookings
For private cruises or customized experiences, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and via the original payment method where possible.
